Allow the restaurant to connect a card payment terminal to a tablet in order to process card payments directly on the tablet.
Visit the EPN website:
https://www.eprocessingnetwork.com/
Log in to your EPN account.
To retrieve the account information needed to connect botX POS to EPN, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Go to Web Services → Processing Controls.
In the Advanced section, copy the following two values:
EPN ID
EPN Generate Restrict Key
Note:
After copying these values, it is recommended to paste them into Word or WordPad to save them for later use.
Step 2: Connect EPN to botX POS
On the management page, go to Integrations and click Connect.
In the Account Information section, paste the copied values into:
ePN ID
ePN Generate Restrict Key
Click Connect.
Note:
If either value is entered incorrectly, the system will display the message:
“Connection failed. Please check again.”
Click OK and re-enter the information.
After successfully connecting to EPN, connect the payment terminal to the tablet via Bluetooth.
Follow these steps:
Step 1:
Open the tablet app and select Settings.
Step 2:
Select Payment Terminal and enable PAX TERMINAL CONFIGURATION.
Click the Search icon to find the device you want to connect.
Click CONNECT.
Step 3:
Enter the PIN code to pair with the selected device.
(Note: The PIN code is displayed on the back of the payment terminal.)
Click OK to complete the connection.
Step 4:
After PAX Terminal Configuration is completed, go to Orders and select the order you want to process payment for.

For payments processed via EPN, the system does not allow adding or adjusting tips after payment.
To filter EPN transactions, select “Mobile EPN” in the Devices filter.
