This feature helps service staff know which items have been completed by the kitchen or bar, so dishes can be delivered to the correct table.
To print a Food Pickup (Order Ready) Ticket when the kitchen or bar marks items as completed, follow these steps:
On the POS, go to Settings.
Select Printer & Template.
In the PRINTER & KDS TICKET tab, click Custom Template.
Choose Custom details to customize the content of the food pickup ticket.
Click Refresh to preview the ticket with the latest custom settings and make adjustments if needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Once configured, when the chef or bartender marks an item as ready, the printer will automatically print a food pickup ticket with the configured details.
