Set Up Loyalty Points and Rewards Program

I. Purpose

This feature allows managers to set up a loyalty program that lets customers earn points and redeem rewards. When customers meet the required conditions, cashiers can apply rewards at checkout. This helps increase repeat visits and customer retention.


II. Usage Guide

In the management portal, go to Loyalty.
The system will open the Loyalty page, where you can configure point earning and redemption programs.


1. Set Up Point Redemption Methods

Enable redemption or full loyalty program

Click the Edit icon next to Earn points to configure point earning.

Click Select redemption method, choose the redemption method, then click Accept.


1.1 Redeem Points for Bill Discount

This option allows customers to use points to receive a discount on the invoice.

  1. Under Redeem points, click the Edit icon.

  2. In Set up point redemption rates:

    • Enter the number of points required for $1 discount.

    • Set the minimum bill amount required to apply point redemption.

  3. Click Save.


1.2 Redeem Points for Gifts (Free Items)

This option allows customers to exchange points for gifts or promotions.

  1. Under Redeem points, click Add promotion.

  2. Select a promotion type (for example, Free Item).

Enter the promotion details:

Under Limitations, configure conditions if needed:

Click Save.

Repeat the same steps to create additional reward programs.

2. Set Up Point Earning Programs

2.1 Day & Time Bonus

Allows bonus points based on specific days and times.

  1. Enable Day & time bonus.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Set the Bonus rate.

  4. Select applicable days and time ranges.

  5. Click Save.


2.2 Holiday Bonus

Allows bonus points during holidays.

  1. Enable Holiday bonus.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. The system includes 4 default holidays.

  4. Adjust the date range and bonus rate as needed.

  5. To disable a holiday, turn it off.

  6. To add a custom holiday:

    • Click Add holiday bonus

    • Enter the holiday name, date range, and bonus rate

    • Custom holidays can be edited, disabled, or deleted

  7. Click Save.


2.3 Birthday Bonus

Allows bonus points based on customer birthdays.

  1. Enable Birthday bonus.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Set the Bonus rate.

  4. Select one condition:

    • Only on the birthday

    • Within the birthday month

    • Within 3 days of the birthday

    • Within 7 days of the birthday

  5. Click Save.


2.4 Online Ordering Bonus

Allows bonus points when customers place an online order and pick up in store.

  1. Enable Online ordering bonus.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Set the Bonus rate.

  4. Click Save.
