This feature allows managers to set up a loyalty program that lets customers earn points and redeem rewards. When customers meet the required conditions, cashiers can apply rewards at checkout. This helps increase repeat visits and customer retention.
In the management portal, go to Loyalty.
The system will open the Loyalty page, where you can configure point earning and redemption programs.
If the restaurant only wants to allow point redemption for existing customers, enable Continue to allow redemption.
If the restaurant wants to earn and redeem points, enable Activate loyalty program.
Click the Edit icon next to Earn points to configure point earning.
Enter the spending amount equivalent to 1 point.
Click Save.
Click Select redemption method, choose the redemption method, then click Accept.
This option allows customers to use points to receive a discount on the invoice.
Under Redeem points, click the Edit icon.
In Set up point redemption rates:
Enter the number of points required for $1 discount.
Set the minimum bill amount required to apply point redemption.
Click Save.
This option allows customers to exchange points for gifts or promotions.
Under Redeem points, click Add promotion.
Select a promotion type (for example, Free Item).
Enter the promotion details:
Promotion name
Apply for (eligible customers)
Redeem points (points required)
Promo code type:
Auto-generate code, or
Fixed code provided by the restaurant
Number of codes
Quantity of free items
Apply for:
Items, or
Item categories
Select the applicable items
Set Active dates and Apply on days (if applicable)
Under Limitations, configure conditions if needed:
Total amount in bill (minimum invoice value)
Number of times customer can redeem this reward
Click Save.
Repeat the same steps to create additional reward programs.
To edit an existing promotion:
Click View details
Select the promotion and click the Edit icon
Allows bonus points based on specific days and times.
Enable Day & time bonus.
Click the Edit icon.
Set the Bonus rate.
Select applicable days and time ranges.
Click Save.
Allows bonus points during holidays.
Enable Holiday bonus.
Click the Edit icon.
The system includes 4 default holidays.
Adjust the date range and bonus rate as needed.
To disable a holiday, turn it off.
To add a custom holiday:
Click Add holiday bonus
Enter the holiday name, date range, and bonus rate
Custom holidays can be edited, disabled, or deleted
Click Save.
Allows bonus points based on customer birthdays.
Enable Birthday bonus.
Click the Edit icon.
Set the Bonus rate.
Select one condition:
Only on the birthday
Within the birthday month
Within 3 days of the birthday
Within 7 days of the birthday
Click Save.
Allows bonus points when customers place an online order and pick up in store.
Enable Online ordering bonus.
Click the Edit icon.
Set the Bonus rate.
Click Save.
At checkout, only the highest-value promotion will be applied.
You can change the redemption method at any time:
Go to the Settings tab
Click the Edit icon
Select a new redemption method
Click Accept
In Promote Loyalty, click Download QR Code.
Print and display the QR code in the restaurant so customers can check their points.
In the Settings tab, enable Loyalty Program Alerts.
The system will notify you if a customer redeems points more than 3 times in one day.
In the Settings tab, enable Customer feedback to collect customer reviews and feedback.
