I. Purpose

Help restaurant owners or managers enter basic restaurant information—such as the restaurant name and address—for use during sales operations.

II. Detailed Steps

When logging in to botX POS for the first time, the system will display the following setup screen:

Step 1: Enter representative information

Enter the information of the restaurant’s authorized representative.

Step 2: Enter restaurant information

• Restaurant Name, Address, and Phone Number will be displayed on customer receipts

• Email Address is used for password recovery if the password is forgotten

• Select the currency used for sales transactions

After completing all required information, click Confirm.
