Allow restaurant managers to set menu item prices that already include tax.
On the management page, go to System Settings → Location Settings.
In the Purchase / Sale tab, select Tax and click Edit, then follow these steps:
Click the Delete icon to remove any tax rates that do not apply.
Click the Edit icon to modify an existing tax rate.
Click Select applicable items to choose which items the tax applies to.
By default, the system applies the tax to all items.
If certain items should not be taxed, select those items and click Remove.
Click Save to apply the item selection.
Enable Tax include.
Click Save to apply the setting.
