Set Up and Sync Menu to Delivery Platforms (DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats)


I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurants to set up and synchronize their menu with third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats.


II. Steps

To configure and sync the menu, follow these steps:

  1. In the management portal, go to Integrations.

  2. Under Ally Now, click Details.

  3. Open the Menu tab, then go to Menu → Menu Offline.


1. Sync Items

There are three ways to add items to delivery platform menus.

Method 1: Select Individual Items

  1. Click on an item.

  2. Under Partner Orders, enable Partner.

  3. (Optional) Edit the item price for each delivery platform.

  4. Click Save.


Method 2: Use Quick Edit

  1. Click Quick Edit.

  2. Open the Channels of Sales & Price tab.

  3. Enable Partner for the selected items.

  4. (Optional) Adjust prices for each delivery platform.

  5. Click Save.


Method 3: Import Menu from Excel

  1. Click Import.

  2. Select the Excel file containing items and platform-specific prices.

  3. Click Proceed to continue.

  4. Review the import results after completion.


2. Sync Modifiers

  1. Go to Menu → Modifiers.

  2. Select the modifier you want to update and click Edit.

  3. Uncheck the delivery platforms under the For Sale column.

  4. Save your changes.


✔ Once completed, your menu items and modifiers will be correctly synced to DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats through botX POS.
