Set Up and Use the Cash In / Cash Out Feature

1. Set Up Cash In / Cash Out

To use the Cash In / Cash Out feature, the manager must grant permission on the management page.

  1. Go to System settingsRole management.

  2. Select the role you want to grant Cash In / Cash Out access to.

  3. In the Cash drawer tab, check Cash in, Cash out, or both.

  4. Click Save.

2. How to Use Cash In

  1. On the POS, select Cash drawer.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select Cash in.

  4. Enter the amount received, select a category, and add a description.

  5. Click Cash in.

  6. Enter the security PIN of the authorized staff to open the cash drawer.

✅ During the workday, authorized staff can record cash received at any time.


3. How to Use Cash Out

  1. On the POS, select Cash drawer.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select Cash out.

  4. Enter the amount paid out, select a category, and add a description.

  5. Click Cash out.

✅ During the workday, authorized staff can record cash expenses at any time.


All Cash In / Cash Out transactions will be displayed on the Cash Drawer screen for easy tracking.
