This feature allows restaurants to set up special customer notes—such as food allergies or dislikes—so kitchen staff can easily identify them during food preparation.
Go to Menu → Menu Offline.
In the Modifiers tab, click Add to create a new modifier group.
Enter the modifier group name, add modifier options, enable Special requests, and select a display color.
Click Save to store the settings.
In the newly created modifier group, click Applicable items.
Select the menu items that this modifier can be applied to.
Click the Add icon to add items, then click OK to save.
When taking an order, select the configured modifier (special request) for the item based on the customer’s request.
Kitchen staff will immediately see the special customer notes highlighted on the KDS screen, making them easy to identify during preparation.
