This feature allows restaurants to set up table-side ordering via QR codes, enabling customers to place orders and make payments directly from their personal devices for a faster, more convenient dining experience.

QR Ordering setup includes two main sections:
QR Ordering – General
QR Ordering – Settings
In the management portal, go to No-Contact Ordering → QR Ordering.
Select General.
Enable Publish Online Ordering.
Once enabled:
Customers can access the table-side ordering page by scanning the restaurant’s QR code.
Customers cannot access the table-side ordering page via a direct link.
Access is only allowed through QR codes.
The restaurant can scan the QR code to preview the demo page, but ordering and payment are not allowed in preview mode.
In QR Ordering, go to Settings → QR Code.
Click Edit, then select Here to configure table locations.
The system displays all tables grouped by restaurant areas.
(Optional) Click Upload Photo to upload custom images.
Click Download QR Code to download printable QR codes for each table.
Click Download Standee to download a printable standee template with images and QR codes.
Select images to display on the table-side ordering page.
The system provides 3 default images.
You may upload up to 2 additional images.
Maximum image size: 5 MB.
By default, information is pulled from System Settings.
Managers can edit the information displayed on the table-side ordering page.
Note:
After the first synchronization, any changes made in System Settings will not automatically sync to the QR Ordering page. Updates must be made manually.
Default hours are 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM for all days.
Managers can configure up to 3 time ranges per day.
You may also set a fixed time range for all days:
Enter the desired hours
Click Save to apply them across the week
Enable Automatically confirm and send orders that have been paid to kitchen to receive QR Ordering orders on the POS automatically.
Tax & Fee settings are inherited from System Settings.
Customers pay at the counter after finishing their meal.
To accept card payments:
Go to Payment Gateway Settings
Click Settings to connect to Authorize.Net

Credit Card payment becomes available.
Enable Customers payment in advance is required if customers must pay before placing the order.
If this option is not enabled, customers will pay after dining.
✔ Once configured, QR Ordering allows customers to scan a table QR code, place orders, and pay according to your restaurant’s setup, reducing wait time and improving service efficiency.
