This feature allows the restaurant to set up an online ordering website, where customers can view the menu, place orders, and make payments online.

The online ordering setup includes three main sections:
Online Ordering – General
Online Ordering – Menu Online
Online Ordering – Settings
In the management portal, go to No-contact Ordering → Online Ordering.
Configure the online ordering page information.
Publish Online Ordering
Turn this on to allow customers to access the restaurant’s online ordering website.
You can share the website link on social media.
Click Download QR Code to get the QR code.
Click Copy Link to share the URL.
Notes:
If Publish Online Ordering is turned off:
Customers accessing the link will see “The restaurant closed”.

You cannot turn Accept Orders on/off or edit holiday settings while publishing is disabled.
Accept Orders
Enable this option to allow customers to place orders through the online ordering website.
Holiday Settings
Configure days when the restaurant will not accept online orders.
After setup, the system displays a preview list of holiday dates.
On configured holidays:
Accept Orders is automatically turned off.
Accept Orders cannot be turned back on if the selected date is a holiday.
The system displays all menu items that are enabled for online sales.
Click Recommended to select suggested items that appear at checkout to encourage additional purchases.
Click Quick Edit to:
Edit the item price
Edit the item name
(Only the main item name can be edited. Modifier names cannot be changed.)
Notes:
You can select a maximum of 5 recommended items.
Quick Edit Price Update allows you to increase or decrease online prices for all items:
By percentage (%), or
By fixed amount
If the updated price results in decimals, rounding follows the settings in
System Settings → General Settings → Number Format.
When online ordering is published for the first time, modifier settings are copied from the main menu.
Managers can edit the following fields for online ordering only:
Name
Multi-select
Required
Default
Inactive
These changes apply only to the online ordering channel and do not update the main menu.
Select images to display on the online ordering website.
The system provides 3 default images.
You may upload up to 2 additional images.
Maximum image size: 5 MB per image.
By default, information is pulled from System Settings.
Managers can edit and update the information shown on the online ordering website.
By default, business hours are pulled from System Settings.
Managers can update opening and closing hours specifically for the online ordering website.
Quick Setting Business Hours
Allows setting the same business hours for all days.
Enable Required to enter email when ordering to force customers to enter an email.
If the email field is left blank, the system shows:
“Please enter your email”
Set the average preparation time for kitchen/bar orders.
Default: 30 minutes
This value can be adjusted.
Enable Automatically confirm orders that have been paid to receive online orders on the POS.
Enable Automatically confirm orders to the kitchen/bar and configure additional options as needed.
Tax & Fee settings are inherited from System Settings.
If Authorize.Net is NOT configured:
When Pay on pickup/delivery is selected:
Customers pay when they pick up or receive the order.
To accept card payments:
Go to Payment Gateway Settings
Click Settings to connect to Authorize.Net

If Authorize.Net IS configured:
Two payment methods are available:
Pay on pickup/delivery
Credit card
Only one payment method can be selected.
If Credit card is selected:
Card types are automatically taken from Authorize.Net settings.
Card types cannot be edited.
