Take Multiple Separate Orders for Different Groups at the Same Table

I. Purpose

This feature allows staff to take multiple separate orders for different groups of guests who are seated at the same table.

II. Instruction Steps

1. Set up on the Management Page

1. On the Management Page, go to
   System settings → Location settings.

2. In the Purchase/Sale tab, under Sale, click Edit.

3. Enable Allow different groups to share the same table.

4. Click Save.

2. Take Multiple Separate Orders

1. On the POS, go to Tables.

2. Tap the table that already has guests.

3. Click New order.

4. Take the order for the first group of guests and click Fire.

5. Repeat the same steps to create a new order for another group seated at the same table.

Each group will have its own separate order, even though they share the same table.

3. Get Payment for Multiple Separate Orders at the Same Table

a. Get Payment from Orders

1. Go to Orders.

2. Select the order you want to check out.

3. Click Pay.

4. Complete the payment for that order.

b. Get Payment from Tables

1. Go to Tables.

2. Select the table.

3. Choose the order that needs to be paid.

4. Click Pay to complete checkout.

This setup helps restaurants handle shared tables efficiently while keeping each group’s bill separate.
