This feature allows restaurants to set up and use timekeeping to track and manage employee working hours, including:
Enabling the timekeeping feature on the management website
Allowing employees to clock in at the start of a shift and clock out at the end of a shift

Step 1:
Log in to the management page using your account.
Step 2:
From the navigation menu, select Timekeeping and click Activate.
Step 3:
Go to the Settings tab.
The system includes default settings. If your restaurant’s workflow is different, you can customize these options.
Click Save to apply changes.
Step 4:
Go to the Timekeeping tab to view time records for all employees.
Select a date range and click Load data.
The system displays total working hours and daily clock-in/clock-out details for each employee.
Note:
You can only view timekeeping data for a maximum of 1 month (31 days).
If a longer range is selected, the system will show this warning:
“Your date range cannot exceed a month. Try a smaller range.”
Step 5:
Update timekeeping data if needed.
Select an employee row and click Edit to correct time discrepancies.
Click Add row or Delete row to add or remove clock-in/clock-out records.
Enter a reason for the adjustment.
Click Save.
Step 6:
Click the History icon to view the edit history of timekeeping records for all employees.
Employees can clock in as follows:
Log in to the PC POS system.
Case 1: “Remind employees to clock in” is enabled
A Clock In prompt appears after login.
Click Clock In to confirm.
A success message will appear.
Case 2: “Remind employees to clock in” is not enabled
From the main screen, click Clock-in/out.
On the Clock-in/Clock-out screen, click Clock In.
A success message will appear.
At the end of the shift, employees follow the same steps to Clock Out.
Employees who are granted Timekeeping permission in Role Management can:
View their own timekeeping history
Edit their own clock-in/clock-out records
Edit time records for other employees
To edit a record:
Click the Edit icon if the employee forgot to clock out or if there is a time discrepancy.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Done to save.
Note:
Timekeeping is also supported on the Tablet POS app, with the same steps as on PC POS.
Remind employees to clock in
Displays a prompt after employees log in to POS, reminding them to clock in.
Use the tablet’s camera to capture employees during clock-in/clock-out
Allows the restaurant to record employee images when they clock in or out.
Don’t keep time records for selected accounts
Allows managers to exclude certain employees from timekeeping records when they log in to POS or the app.
