Track Inventory

Inventory Tracking

I. Purpose

This feature helps restaurant managers track inventory quantities for menu items and handle discrepancies when stock differences are found (if any).


II. Instruction Steps

To track inventory quantities, follow these steps:


1. Log in to the management page using your account.


2. From the navigation menu, go to:

Menu → Menu POS / QR Ordering


3. Enable Item Tracking for menu items

4. Track item quantities

4.1. Item tracking for Regular items / Combos

  1. Open the item and go to Item tracking.

  2. Check Available.

  3. Select Item count / Add stock and enter the current stock quantity.

    • This quantity is used to track how many items are sold.

  4. Click Save.
