For restaurants that use an online ordering website, customers often want to know the status of their order after placing it, such as:
Has the order been confirmed?
Has the order been sent to the kitchen/bar?
How long until the order is ready?
Without this visibility, customers may have a poor ordering experience.
This feature allows customers to track the status of their online order easily after placing it.
After the customer selects items and successfully places an online order:
On the Order Successful screen, tap Here to view:

The online order progresses through the following statuses:
After the order is successfully created on the online ordering website, it enters the Not Confirmed status.
At this stage, the customer can cancel the order if the restaurant has not yet confirmed it.
The cashier receives a notification on the POS to confirm the new order.
Once confirmed, the order status changes to Order Confirmed.
After confirmation, the order is sent to the Kitchen/Bar for preparation.
The order status changes to Order in Progress.
When the Kitchen/Bar finishes preparing the order, the status changes to Ready for Pickup.
The customer can come to the restaurant to collect the order.
Once the order is completed, the customer can tap Reorder to place the same order again quickly.
