Transferring Tables


I. Purpose

To help staff record table changes when guests want to move from their current table to another table after the order has already been sent to the kitchen.


II. Instruction Steps

To record a table change, you can use one of the following two methods:

Method 1: From the Order List

  1. Click the icon on the order that needs a table change and select Change table.

  2. Select the table requested by the guest.
    Then click Done.


Method 2: From the Guest’s Order

  1. On the guest’s order screen, select the current table.

  2. Uncheck the table the guest is currently seated at and check the new table requested by the guest.
    Then click Done.
