View Canceled Item Report


I. Purpose

This feature allows restaurant owners and managers to view the Canceled Item report in the management portal.


II. Steps

To view the Canceled Item report, follow these steps:

  1. In the management portal, go to Reports → Sales.

  2. Click Select Report and choose Canceled Item Report.

  3. Select the date range you want to review.

  4. Choose to display results from newest to oldest or oldest to newest.

  5. Click OK to generate the report.

  6. Click on an item to view details, including:

    • Who canceled the item

    • The date and time of cancellation
