Adding non-menu items on POS

Add Other Items to the Menu on POS

I. Purpose

This feature helps the restaurant add items that are not available in the predefined menu when customers request additional products.

II. Steps to Perform

To add items that are not food or beverages, follow these steps:

1. On the order screen, select Open item.

2. Enter all required item information. Then, click Done.

3. The newly added item will appear on the order as shown in the system.
