Adding order notes

Add Notes to an Order

Purpose

This feature allows staff to add special customer notes to an item so the kitchen/bar can prepare the order correctly.

Steps to Follow

  1. On the Order Details screen, tap the 3 dot icon on the customer’s order.

  2. Select Note.

  3. Enter the customer’s note (e.g. no onions, less spicy, extra sauce).

  4. Tap Done to save.

Result

Note: Notes can only be added to items that have not yet been sent to the kitchen/bar.

This helps reduce mistakes and improves customer satisfaction.
