This feature allows staff to add special customer notes to an item so the kitchen/bar can prepare the order correctly.
On the Order Details screen, tap the 3 dot icon on the customer’s order.
Select Note.
Enter the customer’s note (e.g. no onions, less spicy, extra sauce).
Tap Done to save.
The note will be displayed directly on the order screen.
The kitchen/bar will see the note when preparing the item.
Note: Notes can only be added to items that have not yet been sent to the kitchen/bar.
This helps reduce mistakes and improves customer satisfaction.
