Allows the restaurant to set a maximum number of guests that can be entered when creating an order.
Go to System settings → General settings.
Select Purchase/Sale → General, then click Edit.
Find Maximum number of guests on each order and enter the desired limit.
Notes:
Default value: 20 guests
Maximum allowed: 50 guests
If you enter a number greater than 50, the system will display the warning:
The number can’t exceed 20. Please check again.
On the POS main screen, go to Settings.
Select General settings.
Uncheck Skip entering the number of guests when selecting a table.
When the cashier creates an order, the system allows entering the number of guests up to the configured maximum.
If the cashier enters a number greater than the allowed limit, a warning message will be displayed.
If a table’s capacity is greater than the maximum number of guests per order, the system will automatically set the guest count to the maximum allowed number.
