This feature allows staff to quickly transfer items between guests within the same order or between different orders.
On the POS, after creating an order, if the staff realizes an item was assigned to the wrong guest, follow the steps below to move the item to the correct guest.
Drag the item you want to transfer and drop it onto the correct guest who ordered it.
Click the icon 🔁 on the item.
Click the plus (+) icon and enter the quantity of items you want to transfer.
Select Move to guest.
Select the target guest and click Done.
The items will be transferred to the correct guest.
If an item was added to the wrong order:
Go to the order containing the incorrect item and click the icon 🔁.
Click the plus (+) icon and enter the quantity of items to transfer.
Select Transfer to order.
Choose one of the following options:
Move to existing order
Move to new order
Select the destination table and click Save.
The order will display a notification confirming that the item has been transferred to another table.
