Set Up Course-Based Service

I. Purpose

This feature allows staff to send the entire order to the kitchen along with the serving sequence (appetizer – main course – dessert), so the kitchen knows the correct order in which dishes should be prepared and served.


II. Instructions

1. On the Management Page

  1. Go to System settings → Location settings.

  2. Select Purchase/Sale.

  3. In the Sale tab, click Edit.

  4. Enable Use the course firing feature and select By course.

  5. Click Course firing settings to configure serving courses.

By default, the system provides 4 serving courses.

  1. Click on each course to assign item categories to that course.

2. On PC / POS

The item will now be moved to the selected course.
