This feature helps service staff monitor the cooking status of dishes so they can proactively serve food to customers at the right time.
On the POS/Tablet sales screen, the system displays status icons that allow users to easily identify the cooking progress of each item:
Scheduled / Not Yet Cooked
(Items not yet printed to the kitchen or shown under the Scheduled tab on KDS)
→ Displayed with a gray pot icon
In Preparation
(Items already printed to the kitchen or shown under the Current tab on KDS)
→ Displayed with an orange pot icon
Completed
(Items marked as completed on the KDS)
→ Displayed with a green checkmark icon
These visual indicators help staff coordinate serving and ensure dishes are delivered promptly and accurately.
