If the card terminal cannot connect, first check the network connection and try reconnecting the PAX device.

Please check the following:
Network
Are the POS system and the PAX terminal connected to the same network/subnet?
POS Device Status
Is the POS computer or cash register powered on and running?
PAX Terminal Settings
Is the PAX terminal set to External Mode?
Is the connection type set to TCP/IP?
If all the above settings are correct and the PAX terminal still does not work, please contact Support for assistance.
